As with some sequels it improves over the original. Some new elements have been added while leaving what was good as is. You now have the ability to get off your board and walk around which is nice though feels very uncomfortable in the way its executed, the way you have to control your walking and how the camera angle is some of the worst I've seen, its just plain uncomfortable. One plus from being able to get of your board is that now you can move objects around such as ramps, benches, rails, etc. This makes pulling off some crazy trick lines even more fun now that you have more control on how you pull them off. You now have access to even more tricks which is always a plus, hand plants are no possible along with foot plants, hippy jumps, and more. One major "Why would you do that?" is how the games film element that was present in the first game is now being charged for as DLC (Downloadable Content).
